Ortho® GroundClear® Poison Ivy & Tough Brush Killer1 is a weed killer concentrate that controls over 60 listed tough weeds and brush, including poison ivy, poison oak, kudzu, wild blackberry, honeysuckle, elderberry, wild rose, and other listed weeds. This herbicide enters weeds through their leaves and moves throughout the plant to provide control, leading to wilting or yellowing within 2 to 6 weeks.

The product is rainproof in 2 hours, making it a reliable choice for outdoor application. It should be applied to leafed out and actively growing weeds in non-garden areas around homes, cabins, buildings, fences, and trails.

As a concentrate, Ortho® GroundClear® Poison Ivy & Tough Brush Killer1 cannot be applied directly out of its container. Instead, it must be mixed with water. The recommended mixing ratio is 4 fl. oz. per gallon of water for 100 sq. ft. (for dense brush) to 400 sq. ft. (for lighter brush). Users can apply the mixture using a tank sprayer or Ortho® Dial 'N Spray.

It is important to note that people and pets should not enter the treated areas until the spray has dried, as the product contains a proven weed killer that targets brush and vine weeds.
